Refund Policy

Himalayiya University knows that students sometimes encounter unavoidable situations leading to the withdrawal of their enrollment. We understand and consider such situations and help out our students in the best possible way.

Guidelines for Refund of Fees

In case a prospective student wishes to withdraw his/her enrollment from a particular programme, a refund of the deposited fees will be done as per the UGC guidelines:

2 Less than 15 days before the last official date of admission 90%
3 15 days or less after the last official date of admission 80%
4 More than 15 days but less than 30 days after the last official date of admission 50%
5 More than 30 days after the last official date of admission 00%

*The returnable amount includes only tuition and non-tuition fees.

After completion of all formalities, the amount of the fees will be refunded to an eligible student within 15 days of the date of refund application.
